Park State

The Park State was built in Fort Wayne,IN by American Steel and Barge Co. for the US Corps of Engineers. She worked in Chicago and Cleveland as a dredge barge tender for Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company until she was retired in 1990. She was called Tommy B when she worked for Zenith Tug. She was totally rebuilt in 2006 and moved to Sault Ste Marie, Ontario in 2007 where she was renamed the Park State. She is powered by a 671 Detroit.
